Bloom isn't another mindfulness app. It's a set of tools built around the real daily struggles of neurodivergent people, and everyone else who's felt overwhelmed by tools that just weren't made with them in mind.
I was diagnosed four years ago: Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, and Anxiety, all at once.
Before that, nothing ever quite made sense. I struggled to keep up in school, barely scraped through exams, and the same pattern followed me into my career.
I turned to therapy searching for tools. I wanted somewhere I could track my moods, habits, energy, thoughts. But I couldn't find it. Most apps felt polished but hollow, built around ideal routines rather than real, messy human lives.
So I built Bloom. Not from a place of business, but from lived experience. From frustration. From the need for something that actually understands.
